  • Early Registration: $130
    • December 3rd – January 31st
  • Registration: $155
    • February 1st – March 7th

Meal Prices:

  • Saturday Breakfast: $20
  • Saturday Keynote Dinner: $40
  • Sunday Breakfast: $20

How To Register:

  • Select your Registration Type:
    • “Professional/Faculty (Other)” if you are a faculty member, industry professional, or other attendee.
    • “Student” if you are a current student and will be paying for your own registration.
    • “Student (Paid by Institution or AMS Club)” if you are a current student and will be having an Institution, AMS club, or other organization pay for your registration. Be sure to list the organization that will be covering your costs.
    • “VTSU-Lyndon Active Member” if you are a VTSU-Lyndon active member. If you are unsure about your status, email Brennen Webb.
    • “Prospective VTSU Student” if you are a prospective VTSU Lyndon student. For more information email Dr. Ari Preston.
  • After selecting a registration type, please select a “Quantity” of 1 from the dropdown box.
  • Payment by credit/debit card or check is prefered. If you or your organization intend to pay by check, please send them to our Treasurer at or before conference check-in.
  • If you are paying on behalf of an Institution, AMS Club, or other organization, please mail a check for the total amount due for all of your guests. If you are unsure of how much is due, please reach out to our Treasurer.
